Techniques such as inspiratory muscle strength training (IMST) or mindful, slow breathing have shown potential in reducing stress, improving mental health, and lowering blood pressure.
We teach how to bring awaraness and focus no just during the session but the application in the lifestyle connecting the mind and the power of the thought to all aspects and achievements. the quality of those depends on daily grounding, the though process and the vision we put forth to follow, listening to our intuition in syncronicities around us.
